PRIVATE YOGA
Let’s face it, life can be pretty overwhelming. Whether you’re a busy mom, stressed-out employee, time-starved CEO, or business owner (or all of the above), there’s no need to add the stress of trying to make it to a group class to your stress load. Private yoga sessions with Be Content Yoga ensure you’ll get personal attention and support to help you reach your yoga goals. These sessions can take place online or in person (location-dependent) and can include up to 3 people.

CORPORATE YOGA
We offer workplace-based yoga classes designed to improve employee well-being, productivity, and stress management. Sessions are offered at a specific time on pre-determined days. In practice, classes may include chair yoga, mindfulness meditation, or gentle movement classes that can be done in office settings. Offering these sessions can help your employees relieve workday stress, feel happier, and return to work more engaged. Corporate yoga sessions can take place in person or virtually. This option includes corporate classes and large corporate events.

Short Breathing & Meditation Session
I know you’re busy wearing all of the different hats that make up your daily life. That’s why I offer 15 - 30-minute deep breathing and meditation sessions. Breathing is something we all do, but usually in very shallow, short breaths. Deep breathing can help clear your mind and release tension. This 30-minute breathing session will give you the space to explore where you are currently, and the opportunity to ground through breathwork. At this time, these sessions are virtual only.

Whether you’re hosting a yoga retreat or would like to share the goodness of yoga with your busiest besties in a private group session, let’s flow! I offer small or large group sessions that create a space for you to release the stresses of managing daily stress, lack of focus, and imbalance. Group sessions can be virtual or in-person (location-dependent).
